Old Town Pearl Suite: 84 m² with a lift and river views
The Old Town Pearl Suite sits on Šv. Gertrūdos g., at the edge of the Old Town near the castle, in a new building from 2024 with a lift. It has two bedrooms for up to four guests, a modern kitchen, a washing machine and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower. From the private balcony you look out over the city centre and the river.
The suite is wheelchair accessible and well suited to families. Prices start at €151 a night for the whole apartment, with a two-night minimum. Kaunas Castle is about 250 m away and Town Hall Square about 350 m.
Underground Kingdom: private rooms on a budget
Travelling light or watching the budget? Underground Kingdom Boutique has four private rooms, each with its own shower and WC, set in the brick vaults of a 1908 building below street level at Savanorių pr. 1, where the Centre, the Old Town and Žaliakalnis meet. The rooms have no windows, so street noise stays outside; they are ventilated and air-conditioned. Rooms start at €46 a night for three nights or more (€51 for a single night), and guests share a candlelit 35 m² lounge. Book all four rooms and up to eight people can stay together.
