2. What data we collect

Booking data: name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, optional notes.
Payment data: payments are processed entirely by Paysera LT, UAB — we never see or store your card details. We receive only payment confirmation.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security purposes.

3. Why we process it

To manage your reservation and provide accommodation services (contract performance).
To send booking confirmations and arrival instructions.
To meet legal obligations (accounting, Lithuanian accommodation regulations).

4. Data retention

Booking records are kept for the period required by Lithuanian accounting law and deleted afterwards. We do not use your data for marketing and do not share it with third parties, except payment processing (Paysera) and where required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses technically necessary storage required for the booking process.

Analytics (only with your consent): if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see anonymised visit statistics — pages viewed, device type, approximate country. IP addresses are anonymised; cookies _ga and _ga_* are kept for up to 14 months. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. No advertising cookies are used.
