Yes — public street parking and car parks are close to all three stays, and most zones are free overnight. Underground Kingdom is cheapest: the green zone on Šv. Gertrūdos street (216 m) or Gimnazijos street (260 m) costs €0.50/hour and is charged only 08:00–18:00 on weekdays — a maximum of €5 a day, free evenings, nights and weekends. For Old Town Pearl Suite, use the car park on Jonavos street (97 m, €1.00/hour, 08:00–20:00). For Picturesque and Pearl there is also a completely free option: park across the Vytautas the Great Bridge on Marvelės street, outside every paid zone — a short walk away. Pay with the Unipark app or at a parking meter on the street.
One small pet (up to Cocker Spaniel size) is welcome for a €20 fee per stay at Picturesque Old Town Apartment with Charming Balcony and Old Town Pearl Suite, and for €15 per stay at Underground Kingdom Boutique (one pet per room).
