Booking Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms govern reservations of accommodation made through mykaunas.com (the "Website"). The accommodation services are provided by an individual operating under a Lithuanian business certificate (verslo liudijimas). Contact details are provided in section 9 below. By completing a booking, the guest confirms acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and payment

• A reservation is confirmed once full payment is received through the secure Paysera payment system (cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay, bank transfer).
• Selected dates are held for 30 minutes during checkout. If payment is not completed within that time, the dates are released.
• Prices are shown in EUR per stay and include all standard charges. No additional booking fees apply.
• After successful payment, a confirmation email with the reservation code is sent automatically.

3. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 on the arrival date (self check-in instructions are sent before arrival).
• Check-out: until 11:00 on the departure date.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• Underground Kingdom Boutique — free cancellation up to 1 day before the check-in date (full refund).
• Picturesque Old Town Apartment with Charming Balcony and Old Town Pearl Suite — free cancellation up to 5 days before the check-in date (full refund).
• Cancellation after these deadlines or no-show — no refund.
• To cancel, contact us by email quoting your reservation code. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Guest obligations

• The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the booking.
• Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• The guest is liable for any damage caused to the property during the stay.

6. Host obligations

We ensure the accommodation corresponds to its description on the Website, is clean and prepared for arrival, and that assistance is available throughout the stay via the contacts below.

7. Liability

The host is not liable for guests' personal belongings. Liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for the reservation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr or contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt). Lithuanian law applies.
